If you are not satisfied with the product in the first 30 days, you can contact customer service and we will issue you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once the product is received, we will issue the refund. Please keep in mind, it usually takes 3-5 business days for your credit card company to process the refund to your account, but due to circumstances beyond our control, some credit card companies will not apply the refund for up to a month, so your refund may not show up until your next statement.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
